Hi Shandelle,
I wanted to let you know that since we got the new
drum cartridge for our printer, it "squeaks" when
we are printing.  I was hoping to have someone
come take a look at it.  I wasn't sure if I should
submit a task request, or if I should just contact
you directly.  Please let me know if I should send
in a task request instead.
