I went down and I do not think this is her
Keyboard. Its when she goes to log in I think the
Alt Control Delete screen freezes. I swapped
keyboard just in case and I did her Scans and
updates. Did find Malware.

Keyboard is not connecting to computer, when she
types nothing is happening on the computer monitor
