I setup two loaners there.

I got back two computers and it's in the stand-up
desk. It needs to be reimaged.

Hello,

Can I have a tech come out and take a look at 2 of
our computers? 

1) 20090925[Edit Inv], when students try to log on it says
"User profile service failed logon" 
2) 20110226[Edit Inv], that computer just stays on a blank
black screen and it doesn't allow students to log on 
If you could please send someone now that would be
great, our office closes at 5pm and I will be here
until then.
