Working on all printers having this issue. Closing

Other printers on campus are doing this same
thing. They are all Xerox 3600 printers. We are
looking into it/ testing.

Hello, 

The Xerox printer in our office, Academic Advising
and Learning Center, APSC 401, WOU #20090481[Edit Inv], has
started giving us an error message when we try and
print. The message says:

Internal Error  Power Off/On
MM_Free Blk.c 351  HC 101

If we turn the printer off then back on again, it
will print the job that is waiting to print at
that moment but then when the next print job is
sent to the printer, the error message is back. It
has done this three times over the past hour.
Please have someone either call me to let me know
if there is a simple fix that we can do here or
have a tech come over and take a look at it.
