Install Micro drivers content on her laptop, to
prevent it from hanging. She is presently keeping
an eye on it to obverse the behavior of the laptop

hard drive was replace. It is not functioning the
way it is needed to, have to restart multiple
times a day and hard restart it. Mouse works here
and there has to hard reset it to get it to work.
Shut down takes forever until hard reset is
preformed. Tech has come out recently but problems
are not solved. Leaves computer when not docked
will go to sleep and can not wake it back up
(previous sr that hasn't been resolved)
