Hi,

When I open up any Microsoft program on my 
computer, I get a pop up that says that my copy 
of Microsoft office is not activated.  (I have 
attached a screen shot of the pop-up)

The serial number on the tag that says 
"Property of Western Oregon University" is 
20110896[Edit Inv].

What should I do?
