I have been looking into Firefox and the ability 
to spawn each tab as a separate process.  So far 
according to Firefox this is being released but 
very slowly.  Currently on plugins spawn new 
processes.

Ellis was also having crashing problems with the 
32bit version.  It looks to be a memory issue 
with running the 32 bit version,  we should move 
him to the 64bit version.  He will need to use IE 
for Banner.

I looked at the crash logs about:crashes and 
could see that Flash had crashed several times.  
I uninstalled Flash and installed the newest 
version.  I also turned off hardware acceleration 
in the Firefox options.  I suggested that we also 
try running the radio web page in a different 
browser to see if that keeps it from crashing. 

He will be available after 1:30pm today

computer still crashing, white screen with loading
symbol, it just stays frozen has to turn off and
on to fix it. 

It looks like the Firefox is the one crashing. I
logged him off and logged in with my account, and
i couldn't open firefox but could open every other
browser, then i end the processes and installed
another ESR, after which i was able to open it.
And ran windows update.

computer still having these issue, computer has
been freezing up still. 

Delivered his machine, added printers, and took
loaner back

Done with everything. Doing windows updates right now.

Has been sticked

Gave loaner W#20130124. will reimage his CPU

His computer keeps freezing on a white screen and
has to be restarted before it will work again.  He
said he has called it in a few times but it is
still acting up.  He also gets a random printing
error message.
