I ended up uninstalling CS6, and all the Adobe CC 
apps as well as the Adobe CC desktop app.  The 
ran the uninstaller and then the cleaner.  I 
checked all the folders to make sure they were 
removed.  I restarted and then installed Adobe CC 
desktop and installed and tested the new installs.

yesterday was using adobe after effects. it was
crashing before it started. Shina came over and
reinstalled some stuff, he reinstalled previous
versions of the software. cs6 was installed,
trying to install a newer version and installation
has failed
