Hi,

Three of us in the Cottage cannot get Banner to
open. We all get a blank webpage when we try and
the pop-up banner window never opens. We are using
Chrome and Firefox, neither are working.

Was there a Windows update that disabled us?
That's happened in the past... but I can't
remember what we had to do to fix it.
