did not resolve the issue because she did not want 
to uninstall and reinstall google chrome but she 
is fine for now with using IE or firefox

She uses Facebook a lot with her work and she says
that it has a virus or bug. She is able to access
Facebook through her remote desktop but would like
easier access. She is not able to click on
anything with this virus
