Hi Linda,

Sorry this email is so late. I am still working on
the printer. I found the issue but have not tested
since I fixed it. I will come down tomorrow to
test but if you have tried since then will you let
me know if it worked.

Also, We had a few maintenance kits from when our
student labs were your model printer. I just put
one of those into your machine so you will not
have to purchase one:).

The Server was set to black and white print only.
It happens sometimes after the server does
updates. The settings are now set right but the
computers are not pulling what the driver says to
pull. Waiting a few hours to see if its just time
it needs.

Hi~ New request.

Our color printer is still not printing in color.
There are plenty of ink cartridges in the machine.
 It worked right after the tech investigated it
this morning.  He had me print a test copy and it
worked for that one copy, but it hasn't printed in
color since.

From what I understand, that printer is in need of
a maintenance kit.

Can someone please take a look?  It is located in
Todd 317.
