I put it back on her dock and it now boots like
normal. I told her to call us again if it happens
again.

Opened it at the office and it booted normally.
Might be something wrong with her dock

looked at it and says the boot drive is not found.
I took it back to our office to run diagnostics.

hard drive was replaced recently but today screen
went back telling her to reboot the computer.
