The Megenta is the one having the issue. I noticed
that the little black flap that registers the ink
when it goes in does not pop back up.

I took the ink loader out and looked at the bottom
of it and found that the Magenta spring sticks.

I un jammed it. I was able to put one ink stick in
before it did it again. I repeated my steps until
the magenta was full.

We are going to try to get them under eConcierge.

Our color printer Donald, 20100809, is giving 
us the error that it won’t accept unidentified 
print cartridges. We have tried both cartridges 
from two different boxes and it keeps saying 
the same thing. This is the red/pink cartridge 
and we use it a LOT. We have a number of Alumni 
events coming up this week and next as well as 
the Scholarship Dinner so Donald is in HIGH use 
at this time.
