Went down and test printed all the machines. They
all printed. I am guessing the students did not
have print credits.

Hi Beeb,

I received a service request for a few students
not being able to print in NS 216. Do we know if
these students had print credits? This lab does
take print credits so if they did not have any or
the amount of pages they were trying to print it
will not work.

Since it was only a few students I am guess that
is what is happening. The machine seems to be
working fine and my test prints are going through.

Do you by any chance have any more information
about this issue.

Professor said a couple students were not able to
print from NS 216 this morning
