The loaner she had was way old. Not something we
would use as a loaner anymore. Gave her a newer
loaner (W#20120205). Copied all her files to the
new desktop. Hard wired her.

I noticed that she tried to take the laptop to
summit for help. I explained to her what a loaner
machine was and that we only work on these machines.

Her paper work for the loaner has been filled out.

Status changed from (1) Pending to (6) Ready to Deliver

Called her and let her know that her computer is
ready to be picked up.

She said she will stop by.

Back in the OUTBOX, Prepped and ready to go.

The laptop is all updated except for windows
updates. When it is ready call her at (660)888-3083
Her old laptop was an outdated loaner model and
are giving her the current loaner laptop model

gave her a call. She is a graduate student and was
assigned a loaner laptop for her. She says that
the laptop is running slow because of all the
malware removal software running in the
background. Ranjit said to give her a new loaner
and we will image her old loaner

Lindsey Kunkel dropped of UCS loaner laptop and 
would like to have the Malware Program removed 
since it is lagging down her laptop. 
Her laptop has been running slower overall.
