Removed Office 2013 and Install Office 2016 and
try saving file as a PDF from Publisher.

Didn't find anything to fix this issue.


Let's try installing 2016 and removing her 2013.

"Publisher cannot save the file" error when saving
in PDF format

in it Publisher. Would like a tech to come over 
and help her out.
