Tim and I went down and I showed him how to setup 
a secondary email account in Outlook.  Dave set 
their password with John H. and it all started to 
load emails.

help me change the password for keyshop emial but
after lunch.

John and Timi have headed there to set it up.

which he doesn't remembers the password

removed 2010 and installed 2016
