Hi Chelsee,

The Dell laptop that had the headphone issue is
all fixed. I did have to re-image the machine
after replacing the motherboard. I put Asure ID
back on and installed the driver for the ID printer.

Since I had to re-image it everyone's profiles
were deleted so each time some logs into this
laptop for the first time they will need to hard
wire in for the first login.

I was wondering when I could come down to deliver
this. I was also wondering if Myron could be
there? I am guessing since I downloaded the ID
print driver once hooked up it should just work.
John thought it would be a good idea for Myron to
be there for testing or any issues occur.

Hi Chelsee,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #63334

Description: Sound from headphone jack not working

So we've tested your computer and it seems like 
the jack is broken. It is under warranty and we 
can get it fixed. You mentioned needing it by 3 
today. We can set up a loaner if that will work 
for you.

She brought the laptop in 20140563[Edit Inv] (no charger or
bag) and said the sound was not working when using
the headphone jack.  Might be a driver issue.
