Talked to Megan.

And I did left him a VM that his computer is
broken and he needs to buy a new one and also we
can't swap hardware from his old machine and also
we can't also install Windows 7 on his other older
machine.

I changed the ram and it still restarts when
trying to load windows

I put in a different hard drive and tried to
install windows on it but it still restarts while
loading windows.

Tried reimaging it but nothing is workin.

The computers turns on goes upto Windows Logo 
screen and then shutdown automatically everytime.

Just called back saying that he got a missed call
from a tech. He doesnt need to make an
appointment-he said a tech can just come by even
if hes not there because he is sick today and wont
really be on campus

After being gone for a week he came back and the
PC in his office wou not booting back up.  He said
it keeps going into the repair option.  He asked
us to go in and look at the computer even if he
was not there.
