Greetings UCS,

I have restarted my computer several time this
morning, it keeps bringing up Internet Explorer to
begin with.  It is wanting to start Skype - which
I have removed twice . . .  I couldn't get Firefox
to load . .. .  it's just having issues!  It's got
problems!

Could I get you to be sure all my virus protection
is up to date and my system is up to date please?

I have a Dell Computer:  WOU  2011 0881

I am in MNB 116 (Mathematics front office)
