Returned laptop 20150257[Edit Inv].  Keep laptop for two 
weeks before imaging incase she needs any other 
files.

setup printers, setup Outlook and copied over 
files from her old profile Shandelle saved.

John can you please deliver and set this 
machine up in Danas office on August 17th at 
11am.

She will need Google sync for Outlook installed 
and Outlook setup. She will also need her 
profile restored back onto it. I copied her 
profile over to a external drive which I will 
leave with the machine.

I Will leave everything you need on your desk 
with a sticky saying Dana's:)

Received the machine back. Set it all up and 
emailed Ellie to set a time up to deliver the 
machine.

I replaced the mother board and batter on this 
machine.

I still saw the error in the viewer log that 
seems to be the issue of the machine.

I called Dell told them my issue and what I 
have already done.

They sent a box out to send it back to them for 
repair.

Dell has it right now.

We gave Dana a loaner laptop (WOU#20150257). I
have her machine with WOU#20160364[Edit Inv]. She still has
her charger to this machine. We have the loaner
charger (WOU#20150257).
