Hi Susan,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #63408

I dropped off you computer everything is done but 
your files haven't been put back yet. I need you 
to login before I can put them back where they go. 
Give us a call when you are available. The stuff 
form you desktop will be in your H drive in a 
folder called desktop for the time being. I work 
until 12 today. I work 12-2 and 3-5 Wednesday and 
Thursday I work 8-10.

Everything has been finished she needs her files 
put back where they go. They are both on the 
Shared users folder and the external hard drive on 
my desk.

This was for last Friday. It was mentioned she is
available MWF 10-11;2-3. I was heading there at 10
but Megan asked me to do anther work and go there
at 2. I went there at 2 but she was not there. 
I think that was the day I have to go help Alfred.
I couldn't update the ticket and Monday I don't
work. I called her and schedule for this Friday
10-11 but I was sick and was here at 11. I went
there at 2 again but find out she has no office
hour at 2.
