I turned on wifi to connect the mac and now he can
login. The network cable was long and hard to replace.

I received my computer back (service request 
63409) but I am still not able to log on to 
this computer (WOU #20110677). Any chance of 
getting another look at this?

I guess what I need then is for this particular 
computer to have the log-on process to work 
correctly, which it is not. It is an older iMac 
(2011) but there are some very expensive sound 
sample libraries that need to be accessed but I 
cannot log in, nor have any of my students been 
able to log on with their WOU login 
information. Is there a time that someone could 
take a look at it?
