I installed it on all machines to C:/Paup and 
added an icon to the Default desktop.

Dave M said install it in C:\Paup4 and it worked.
We tried it on my machine and it worked

Update PAUP on all 13 computers. Online update
link. COMP 20140250[Edit Inv] also will not turn on. all
cables are on, CPU turns on but monitor will not
turn on
