I removed the hard-drive and i was able to locate
the desktop. trying to copy the files off the
hard-drive.

It is not loading the OS, Sometimes It would
display a folder with question mark or a circle
with a line through it. Try load the disk
utilities to check the hard-drive, and try to
verify but it hand and the restore won't work.
