Hello -

Regarding the work order to fix the problem with
Adobe CC on laptop 20120688[Edit Inv]. 

The laptop will be in my office - Todd Hall room
202 on the desk. Please let yourself in or ask
someone to let you into my office if you don't
have a key. The files didn't backup to my external
hard drive before 5 PM today...

I will be back in the office on Monday. 

You can reach me by email Friday in the morning or
in the late afternoon.

Needs to Look at it more properly. The adobe seems
corrupted and uninstalling might not help. Might
need to reimage. He is backing up his files and
dropping the laptop.

There are things need to be looked at before
Imaging so do not REIMAGE until I say.

he may not know how to update and if he needs the
latest version that is fine as this license was
renewed but it is "serialized" desktop for
mulitple users to be able to access on the NCDB laptop

He is having problems with Adobe Creative Cloud
and thinks that it may have expired or needs
verification. He just asked for assistance in general
