I pulled out the toner cartridge to look at the 
transfer roller and the toner cartridge is 
broken. The transfer roller needs replacing as 
well.

Tina is calling in the ink issue and I have 
ordered a new transfer roller.

I went and ran the clean drum and clean fuser many
times an the streak didn't go away.

WOU#20090481[Edit Inv] is printing a black streak down 
the right side of each page that is printer. 
Probably just needs to be cleaned. Would you 
have someone come over and take a look at that?
