I sent her an email about the upgrade, and check
with her if she needs to moves some documents to
H-Drive before the upgrade.

The machine needs to be upgrade to El-Capipitan. i
could not connect it to prime, and the network
setting always change.

If there are files on the users desktop or in 
documents we should have them login and then 
backup their data and then remove the user from 
system preferences.

It was scheduled on Memorial Day and the campus
was closed. I called and left a voicemail to
re-schedule

Every time user logs in the key-chain updates
option always appears, and it does not disappear.
Computer also connects to wou classroom not wou
secure.
