Prepped and ready for delivery. Run the updates
and it all went well, there is not update to run
anymore. Gives admin right and it is working fine.

The update that were failing were of Office.

Office was corrupted. Removed the office.

But we still get 5 updates every time we resort the machine.

It didn't even let me install office 2013 or 2016.

Did some testing, nothing worked.


Started Imaging but now we are having some issues with 
Optiplex 960 (ask John about more details).
The machine is currently at the Staff Standup Desk

  Could we reopen ticket 63719?  The HWC desktop
at the West end of reception continues to fail on
8 security updates.  Other updates are
successfully applied, but that group of 8 fails
with error codes 80070643, 80070663 every night. 
If they are not needed, perhaps they could be
hidden in the Updater?

Called again and found that it didnt update last
night and are having the same problem that they
were having before it was worked on

Computer at the west desk work station (at the 
front desk recption area) is failing to update 
on windows. It goes through the update process 
but it doesn't "apply" it. 
They have restarted it and tried a couple 
times. 

Avaible anytime today.
