Scripted was coming from the browser. Other 
browsers did not have this issue.

Tried a few things that I found on google for 
the script error.

Called her today to see if it helped any and 
she said its not popping up as much any more 
but it did happen again.

Researching more.

She has Malware on her scan. I did some research
on her script error which is an issue with Java
and Internet Explorer. 

Emailed her for a time to come down and help with
the script error.

I updated all of her plug-ins. Malwarebytes 
freaked out when I did something. I left it 
running Sophos and told her to call if it finds 
anything.

She has two monitiors, and when she is trying to
print from her right screen and script error comes
up on her left screen.
