Hello -

I have a question about two MacBook Pros.

1) My computer, 20120688: I tried to install
Sophos, but the install brought up a screen saying
it couldn't install it due to a conflict.
Apparently, it thinks there is another antivirus
installation on this laptop. But I don't see
Malware Bytes or Sophos or another.

2a) Another MBP, 20110553[Edit Inv], needs an update on the
OS. It's running Yosemite 10.10.15, but we'd like
it on Sierra 10.12. We also don't want to wipe the
computer.

2b) We'd also like to make a student worker (who
is a computer science student about to graduate)
soon an admin on this computer if possible. We'd
like for him to use this computer (20110553) for
his work with TRI/NCDB. His name is Matthew
Hofstetter. I was able to make him an
administrator on the computer, but he isn't
"managed / mobile".

I'm in Todd Hall, room 202.
