I have emailed Emily that she can come pick 
this up. The machine is located in the outbox.

The wifi is turned of on the machine. She needs 
to be hard wired in for the first log in.
Once she is logged in turn the wifi back on.

This is a MacBook Air so it takes an adapter to 
plug in the Ethernet cord. Please see John, 
Megan, or I for this adapter.

Apple asked to keep her machine for testing. They 
sent us a brand new machine which arrived today. I 
need to wait to talk to Tricia about inventory.

Returned loaner W#20120399[Edit Inv] and replaced with 
W#20091494[Edit Inv].  The 20120399[Edit Inv] was having MS Office 
issues and would crash.

Ran Dignostics which came out good.

Reset the SMC and PRAM which did not help.

Called the machine which Apple is sending me a 
box to to ship it out for repair.

I have set her up with a loaner and a loaner 
charger.
