Hi Yumin,
Thanks for checking back with me.
It seems to be not hanging up quite as much. 
Instead of 10 times a day it's down to probably 
5. The longest wait now has been just under a 
minute. So it is better.

looking for forward statues.

freezing since she got it.

Unknown freezing reason. Windows has no respond 
for a minute or 10 minute with busy mouse pointer 
show.

Hoping you can help me and my sick computer  🤒

Daily it freezes up and sometimes takes several 
minutes to kick back in. The longest time 
yesterday was close to 10 minutes. I kept track 
yesterday and it did it's high jinks 10 times. 
I even shut it all down and restarted at one 
point, no luck.
