John R. and I went and ended up having to
reinstall the google sync app and re-added all of
her accts. It all works now.

google mail wasnt syncing in the Google Sync App.
I had it do an Overwrite sync and is currently
resyncing now. She will call when its done to let
us know if it worked or not.
