Talked to Paul about this and he still suggested
that the only way to solve this is to change the
remote settings to “Allow connections only from
computers running
Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication
(more secure)” but its not allowing me because the
options are all grey out.

It looks like there is more to the request than
just allowing connections only from computer. She
talks about changes in IP address and reports she
sent.

If I remember correctly, this is a vulnerability
in the version of RDP they are running. The
solution is to go to Control Panel -> System and
Security -> System -> Remote Settings and change
the Remote Desktop setting to the bottom one
“Allow connections only from computers running
Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication
(more secure)”

Hi,

Not a problem at all, I wasn't even sure if anyone was
there Monday. :)

Today after noon is good or anytime Thursday or Friday
this week should be good too. I'm in office 110 and I
can show the techs where the computers are located.

Thank you!

We need your assistance helping us become PCI
Compliant. As you know, the Payment Card Industry
and the merchant provider who processes our credit
card transactions requires that any company that
processes, stores, or transmits credit card
numbers, must validate that they are taking the
proper steps to become PCI Compliant.

We have chosen ControlScan as our Approved
Scanning Vendor (ASV) to meet the scanning
component of PCI Compliance. Our most recent PCI
Compliant Data Security Standards scan has
returned a result that renders our site 'out of
compliance'. We have vulnerabilities in our scan
report that you can help us to resolve.

Please review the full report (ATTACHED) that was
provided by ControlScan. Hi-lighted in yellow are
our vulnerabilities on both computers.

Thank you!
