Hello -

I have a problem with my MacBook Pro. It goes
to sleep (or logs out) even though in System
Preferences I've set it to never go to sleep. I
believe this is a WOU policy set up by UCS? I
understand, but....

Can someone come over to turn off this setting
for me? I understand that you've set it up for
security reasons, but I'm a highly security
aware person. The reason I need the setting
changed is that when I upload files that take a
long time or when I need to render video or
export videos/photos, I need to be able to do
this without staring at my computer and waiting
for the screen to go black so that I can wake
it up quickly before it logs out. In short, it
jams up my workflow.

Any help would be appreciated.

My location: TRI, Todd Hall, room on the second
floor next to the office and across from Robbin
Bull's office (209? -- sorry, I don't recall
the room #). Cell: 512-565-0319. I'll be in
from 8:30 AM - 6 PM tomorrow.
