Hi Ryan,

We got a service call for a Xerox 4622 in 
Housing. It was having a over heat error.

I am not sure what student of yours called it 
in but I wanted to let you know it is fixed. It 
needed a new fuser.

I am also not sure who called you guys to call 
it in for Housing. Could you let them know the 
error should not happen anymore and that I 
installed a new Maintenance kit for it.

Order a new Maintenance kit for this. Will install 
once it arrives. They are still able to print for 
now.

Hello,

Housing is going to might need a new fuser for 
W20140476. We have been receiving low heat 
error on this printer a couple times a week. If 
we could have it looked at, that would be 
great.
In the housing office. Next to the Ricoh 
Printer. It is UR Valsetz on the Krusty.
