Waiting on email from HR that says we are able to 
put user profiles on the department Hdrive. 
Computers were set up and everything is working 
properly.

Hi Linda,

I will get those computers set up for you today! 
Is there a specific time you would like me to do 
that for you? 

So in order to do this we would need you to call 
HR. Then get them to send us an approval of 
saving the files on the departments H-drive for 
the retiring faculty memebers. My mistake in the 
previous email, not the I-drive. It would be the 
departments H-drive.

Hi Linda,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #64143

Description: *7/10* Saving files 

We have saved all the files off of the computers, 
and have cleaned the computers as well. They are 
now ready to be delivered back to you and ready 
for use. We can either deliver them and you can 
hold onto them until you find a location, then 
just call for a set up. Or we can hang onto them. 
Then you can just give us a call to set them up 
when you are ready for them. In regards to the 
files we can either store them on separate flash 
drives. This would need to be provided by you, an 
8gb would work. Unfortunately, ours were too 
small. Another solution for them would be saving 
them onto the faculty idrive and we could give 
certain permissions to only certain users to 
access those files.

Hello~ We have two computers that were being 
used by 2 of our emeritus faculty members. 

WOU# 20130742[Edit Inv] & WOU# 20140720[Edit Inv]

May we request to have someone from UCS come 
over and save anything on these computers to a 
separate flash drive? (one for each computer) 
What type of flash drive will we need to 
provide??

After that task, could we please have 
everything else purged from those computers?  

We plan to re-purpose both of these computers 
and keep them in the division. Their exact 
location is yet to be determined.

the computer now, that would be great.  We will 
make another request later when we move them to 
a new location.

Both computers are located in Todd 320.  Please 
come over now if you can and I will unlock the 
door for you.

If now is not good, please call 88344 before 
coming so I can let you in.
