Also, my desktop in my office is not letting me
log on. I haven't used it since the power
outage a few weeks ago so I am wondering if
something needs to be reset.

THe message I get after entering my username
and password is: The trust relationship between
this workstation and the primary domain failed.

Can you also help me with this?

Good morning!

I have a Dell Latitude E7250 touch screen
laptop that is being weird. For the past three
days, periodically when I type, I small grey-
ish bubble appears on the upper left corner
causing the touch screen capabilities not to
work. It also makes my cursor blink quickly and
I have trouble even using the touch pad.

The bubble can be "pinched" away or I can put
my fingers on it and try to stretch it out so
it goes away and sometimes this works. Other
times, it causes a one inch square shape to
appear and I have to do the same (pinch or
stretch out). If I am successful, I can
continue my work including some touch screen
features, not not all of them. For example, if
I can close the circle or square by touching
them, I can usually touch tabs at the top to
open them and work on items or read tabs but
not all items on my screen are responsive to my
touch. I might want to toggle back to Word or
Google using the icons at the bottom but when I
touch them, they don't open. I must use my
cursor to open them.

A few days ago, I tried to download Jing's
newest version and I was unsuccessful but it
was around this time that the bubble and square
appeared. So, I uninstalled Jing hoping normal
access to touch screen features would resume
but to no avail. And, I still need Jing.

Tuesday I can come to campus, if you have time
to check out my laptop.

Thoughts and availability?

Thanks!

Alicia

PS. I tried to touch the send part of this
email but it was unresponsive so I'll need to
use my cursor to click the send...not fun!
