Hi Michael,

We were just following up with you regarding a
service request that we have for you.  (#64215)

Description: Speakers are not working on Desktop

I want to let you know that we check if your
monitor is still under warranty so we could
replace the monitor but unfortunately it is not.
Our best option now is to replace your monitor
with one of the ones we have here to have your
speaker going on.

Please, let us know if you would like us to go
ahead for this arrangement.

Micheal's sound bar is not working it looks like
the sound is not coming out from the bar. Tested
the bar by connecting ear phone to the bar it self
and it works which makes me think that the speaker
is burn.
