Shandelle Plasker	Aug 23, 2017 10:26 AM	I went down and looked at this printer. Turned on the first time for me. I believe she is pushing the top button on the machine thinking its the power button. The power button is actually located on the left side of the machine. I emailed her this information.	Add Attachment

Brighton Bohnenkamp	Jul 20, 2017 08:42 AM	Hedi went to move her printer but didn't unplug it and now it won't turn on. She wasn't having and troubles wit it before and isn't sure if she bumped something while moving it. The buttons don't light up. I double check with her to make sure the printer was still plugged in and if it was in a power strip that the strip was also on. She is located in the counseling center 207	Add Attachment
