The print head on this printer is broken. Its 
out of warranty and out of its life cycle.

Needs to be replaced. I have emailed Hamid 
about this.

Our Xerox color printer in NS106 is not 
working.  I have shut it down, started it and I 
can’t figure out what’s wrong.  UCS number for 
it is 20101373[Edit Inv].
 No error codes, nothing is happening anymore 
with it
