The printer is working fine now, I the process of
removing the fuser, i discover some particles
sitting close to the drum on the fuser. so myself
and Yumin decided that might be the problem so we
put back the old fuser and power circle the
printer. Then it works.

Checked with her, it looks like the fuser is heat
up, and this could be fixed by replacing the
fuser. Check if we have on in the office that i
could replace but there is non.

The printer has "heat error cycle power." she has 
turned it off and back on but the error hasn't 
gone away.
