The two ATOM PCs in the HWC turnstiles (W20150208, W20150209) are failing every 5 minutes to update the Sophos tool. Message: "Sophos Autoupdate error 1714, older version of Sophos AutoUpdater cannot be removed." We reach these two PCs remotely through TeamViewer, installed on one of the central HWC front desk workstations. As these devices are part of the HWC admissions mechanism, downtime must be coordinated with the HWC front desk.	Add Attachment
