Installed black ink in and the printer printed 
great. It was the 3% black that was causing it not 
to print.

Hello Anita,

I came down to look at the printer that is 
stating it is in an error state when you try to 
print to it. I did everything that I would 
believe would cause this issue and had know 
luck.

I do have another theory that may be causing 
this issue. You have two toners that are under 
5% left of ink. Many printers will stop 
printing if the ink is two low. 

Do you guys have toner to replace the ones that 
are empty/almost empty?

Ethernet ports are now working (maybe) but not
able to printer to ATH-Color W#20160695[Edit Inv] and when
you try you get the error back on your computer
saying that the printer is in error state.

set everything up yesterday but only one ethernet
port worked, and they need both a printer and a
computer hooked up there. they contacted tom at
telecom and he said he would come out yesterday
and fix it. i am going today to check to make sure
everything is a-1
