Hello,

Dominique Kuzmaak is again having trouble with 
playing our TSE PPT's.  They are freezing up 
and not loading.  During at TSE training we had 
to change out laptops and the others used are 
playing them fine.  Our other instructors 
equipment are not having this issue.  Maybe her 
laptop needs to be reimaged or could it be a 
hardware issue?  Any way, I have her laptop in 
my office to look at again.  I have included 
her in email in case you need further 
information or PPT's she is using. 

Additionally, I need for her to have a back up 
laptop as she is one of our curriculum 
designers.  I have a PC in my office that I am 
hoping you can set up for her and install 
similar software on it for her to use.

I also have an old projector that no longer 
works to turn in which is W20071011
