Went through all the paper setting on the 
server and on the physical machine itself. 
Everything is set to what it should be. Re-
booted which got the printer to work for about 
5 minutes then the issue happened again. 

Called in for support. They are sending someone 
out to help fix the issue.

Printer is saying there is no paper in the tray 
when its full. Glen said he thinks someone might 
have tried to print something that was too big for 
it.
