Task completes, there screen is probably showing in the 
monitor but not the laptop. Disconnected it from the dock 
station, powered it off and on it back. Boom, it works, then 
connect it back to dock station

Julie logged into her laptop then a blue screen 
popped up and now its frozen. She can't get it to 
power down
