When he got this from another department he 
bought all new parts for it except new Print 
heads. I believe this may be causing the black 
ink issue. It prints a tiny bit of black but 
the paper is manly all white when it comes out.

Jesse changed the ink cartridges and now the 
printer won't print in black ink
