through on how to install and updates the software
if needs be. Also, showed her how to uninstall
through control panel.

TRI user Eric Enright has left WOU and Roxanna has requested that the Adobe CC2017 NAMED 
USER license that was his be transferred to her so she can work with some of the files that he had 
created.  I have deactivated Enright's account with Adobe and sent an invite email to Roxanna but 
she would like help with going through the Adobe invite process and how to download and install the 
Adobe CC apps that she needs for working with the files.  She will have the invite email that she 
needs to accept from adobe to make an adobe ID with marvinr@wou.edu .  Then she will need help 
downloading the CC desktop app and once downloaded she will log in with her Adobe Id 
(marvinr@wou.edu ) and download the apps and versions she needs.  If you can give her a general 
overview of how to do this and help her download the first few apps(Indesign, Acrobat Pro) she need 
right away that would be great.  She also has a lot of older Adobe software so you will need to ask 
her if she wants that to remain or wants them uninstalled.
